All of our training Instructors are experienced people as well as practitioners in their respective fields, and have reached positions up to the Director level of various companies.

This is important so that the Instructors can answer questions from training participants, not only in theory, but also through various case examples that can occur in each type of company or business field.

 

Special Seminar for Owner & Board of Director:

Strategic Mapping & Change Management (1/2 day – 1 day), goals:

  1. Developing the insight of business owners and directors to reflect through strategic mapping, whether the direction of the business and the direction of the company is correct;
  2. Encouraging owners and Board of Commissioner and Board of Director to think not only profitably, but also to think about how their business can be sustainable.

 

The training topics that we organize include:

  1. Brave Heart Selling, 2 days, goals;
    1. Each participant is able to experience a change in their sales mindset from Transactional Selling to Relational Selling;
    2. Each participant has an effective relationship building technique until trust is created;
    3. Each participant is able to overcome any unconscious fears when trying to build a relationship with new customers.
  2. Managing & Leading Your Team for Supervisors, 2 days, goals;
    1. Educate Supervisors so that they no longer do routine work, but change their mindset from being task implementers to being supervisors of their subordinates’ work;
    2. Developing leadership capacity in 4 areas of 21st Century Leader Competency, including: Leadership Reflection, Leadership Challenge, Managing Work, Managing Team, Making Others Succeed.
  3. Managing & Leading Your Team for Managers, 3 days, goals;
    1. Developing leadership capacity in 4 areas of 21st Century Leader Competency, including: Leadership Reflection, Leadership Challenge, Managing Work, Managing Team, Making Others Succeed;
    2. Identifying difficulties in the current field of work, difficulties in facing the challenges of future world changes, including difficulties in leading and developing his/her Team, then finding the right way to overcome all the difficulties he/she faces;
    3. Preparing Managers as the next leadership cadres to be able to play an effective role in supporting business growth in the assigned task areas, and providing superior work quality to all related parties.
  4. Public Speaking & Presentation Technique, 2 days, goals:
    1. Improve participants’ self-confidence to be able to perform well when speaking in public;
    2. Teaching correct body posture and maintaining a good appearance, starting from dress code, how to stand, how to walk when speaking in public;
    3. Teaching participants to be able to compose interesting presentation materials;
    4. Teaching the stages of public speaking, starting from the technique of making an opening with fire, the technique of delivering material in an interesting way, and the technique of closing the presentation.
  5. Self Metamorphosis, 2 days, goals:
    1. Able to develop oneself to be effective in the workplace;
    2. Able to develop cooperative relationships and mutual support with all parties in the workplace;
    3. Able to develop effective work patterns for self-development and the progress of the company;
    4. Able to recognize the strengths/weaknesses of oneself/the team based on their personality, and able to develop strengths/manage weaknesses.
  6. The Art of Mentoring, 1 day, goals:
    1. Able to perform the Mentor function that instills relationship building techniques, so as to develop Menthee by sharing the mentor’s extensive knowledge and experience;
    2. Able to motivate the person being mentored so that Menthee feels supported and guided well;
    3. Master the stages of mentoring well, so as to know when to move from stage 1 to another stage.

 

 

Coaching Program:

The coaching program is designed according to the participant’s job level, with a 2-weeks between meetings, because Participants are given the task of applying the material provided to their respective fields of work.
