1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, websites, platforms, or applications (collectively, “Services”) provided by PT Wistara Nusa Siber (operating under the brand “Cybersphere”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, refrain from using our Services.

2. Services Overview

Cybersphere provides:

Pentest Services: Cybersecurity penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
Cybersphere Academy: Training programs, certifications, and educational resources in cybersecurity.
Dalang VPS: Secure virtual private server (VPS) hosting and infrastructure solutions.

Additional services may be introduced, and terms will be updated accordingly.

3. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
Provide accurate information during registration.
Not use Services for unlawful purposes or to breach cybersecurity laws.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality (e.g., passwords, 2FA).
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access: privacy@cybersphere.id.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.

5. Payments & Refunds

Fees for Services (e.g., Pentest packages, Academy courses, VPS subscriptions) are stated on our website.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Chargebacks may result in service termination and legal action.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use Services for hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in our systems.
Share Pentest reports or Academy materials with unauthorized third parties.
Violate third-party rights (e.g., copyright, privacy).

7. Intellectual Property

Cybersphere retains ownership of all Services, including software, reports, course content, and trademarks.
You may use materials (e.g., Pentest reports, certifications) only for internal purposes unless authorized in writing.

8. Data Privacy

Data collection and processing are governed by our Privacy Notice.
By using Services, you consent to the transfer of technical data (e.g., IP addresses, logs) for security and operational purposes.

9. Service Availability

We strive to ensure 24/7 uptime for Dalang VPS but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, emergencies, or third-party failures.
Scheduled downtime will be communicated via email or platform notifications.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a purpose.
Pentest results do not guarantee absolute system security.
Academy courses do not guarantee employment or expertise.

11. Limitation of Liability

Cybersphere is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, revenue loss).
Misuse of Services by users or third parties.
Actions taken due to your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate your access for violations, non-payment, or legal compliance.
Upon termination, you must cease using Services and delete all proprietary materials.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the latest version at cybersphere.id/terms-and-condition/
