1. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure the highest quality of partnerships, only individuals or organizations meeting the following criteria are eligible to participate:

1.1 Professional Background

• Affiliates must have demonstrable experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting, or a related field.
• Preference is given to IT service providers, managed service providers (MSPs), or cybersecurity educators.

1.2 Audience Relevance

• Affiliates must have an existing network or audience within industries such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or technology.

1.3 Marketing Standards

• Affiliates must utilize ethical, professional, and lawful promotional practices. Misleading advertisements or spam tactics are strictly prohibited.

1.4 Online Presence

• Applicants must maintain a professional website, blog, or social media platform with regular, high-quality content.

1.5 Approval Process

• Affiliates must complete the application form provided by the Company. All applications will be reviewed, and approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s pentest services in an ethical and professional manner, using provided marketing materials and approved messaging.

2.2 The Affiliate shall not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior that may harm the Company’s reputation.

2.3 The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that all promotional content complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to FTC disclosure guidelines.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Affiliates will earn a 3-10% commission on subscription fees paid by referred clients. The commission is calculated on the net amount (excluding taxes, refunds, or chargebacks).

3.2 Commissions are lifetime, meaning the Affiliate will continue to earn as long as the referred client maintains an active subscription.

3.3 Applicable subscription tiers include:

• Monthly subscription: USD 6,000 per month.
• Annual subscription: USD 60,000 per year.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Affiliates may request withdrawals once their commission balance reaches a minimum of USD 600.

4.2 The maximum withdrawal amount per day is USD 3,000.

4.3 Payments will be processed via the Affiliate’s chosen method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal) within 7 business days of a valid withdrawal request.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud or breach of this Agreement.

5. Tracking and Reporting

5.1 The Company will provide the Affiliate with access to an online dashboard to:

• Generate and manage unique referral links.
• Track clicks, sign-ups, and commissions.
• Monitor performance metrics.

5.2 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring proper use of their referral links to ensure accurate tracking.

6. Termination

6.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

6.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate will no longer earn commissions for new subscriptions. Lifetime commissions on existing subscriptions will continue unless termination was due to a breach of this Agreement.

6.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Affiliate engages in fraudulent or unethical practices.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 The Affiliate agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information related to the Company, its services, or its clients without prior written consent.

8. Indemnification

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Affiliate’s actions, including but not limited to false advertising or breach of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

10. Entire Agreement
